A Lima man who gained popularity on TikTok gets sentenced for sexual contact with young girls.
32-year-old Joshua McPheron pleaded guilty to two felony counts of gross sexual imposition. He inappropriately touched three girls under the age of 16 while he asked them to cuddle with him, and he also gave the young girls and another young boy alcohol during that time. McPheron was sentenced to 180 days in the Allen County Jail and was ordered to undergo treatment at a Cincinnati institution for inappropriate sexual behavior and alcohol abuse.
Before his arrest, McPheron was known as TikTok dad and had over half a million followers. The judge also ordered McPheron to be listed as a tier two sex offender and not to have any contact with the victims.
