LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Starting and maintaining a successful business can be challenging, which is why State Bank is continuing its Access to Capital Lunch and Learn workshops for local entrepreneurs.
Twice a year, the bank partners with several local business development organizations to provide free workshops focused on funding opportunities for businesses. Attendees learn about public and private financing programs that can help support startup and expansion goals.
“To give people the opportunity to learn about alternative financing ways for their business. There's some state programs, there's some regional programs, and then there's some local programs that are outside of what the banks normally do. And so we just want to make sure that all the entrepreneurs in the area are informed,” said Andy Farley, State Bank Regional Executive.
Farley said another Access to Capital Lunch and Learn workshop is planned for the fall.
