OTTAWA, Ohio (WLIO) — Putnam County officials are mourning the unexpected loss of the county’s Clerk of Courts, Kimberly Redman, who died May 4.
Redman, 56, passed away May 4 at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s. She began working at the Putnam County Courthouse in 2003 and was elected Clerk of Courts in 2018. In addition to her role with the county, Redman also served in leadership positions with the Putnam County Republican Party.
A celebration of life will be held May 23 at 4 p.m. at the Ottawa VFW.
Following Redman’s death, Putnam County appointed Susan Maag as interim Clerk of Courts.
