SPENCERVILLE, Ohio — Anna wasted little time taking control Friday night, scoring early and often in a dominant 60-0 victory over Spencerville at Memorial Field.

The Rockets opened the game with a touchdown from T.J. Roberts, who took the handoff and found the end zone to give Anna a 7-0 lead.

Spencerville's next possession ended with a punt, which Anna's Brody Murray scooped up and returned 32 yards for a touchdown. The score pushed the Rockets' lead to 14-0.

Anna continued to pour it on later in the first quarter. Quarterback Logan Ziegenbusch faked the handoff, rolled left and connected with Kale Hoying for a touchdown to extend the lead.

The Rockets added to their advantage in the second quarter when Riley Brewer took a handoff to the outside, made a cut and scored.

Roberts struck again shortly after, breaking loose for a 47-yard touchdown run after getting a key block.

Anna's offensive attack proved too much for Spencerville throughout the night as the Rockets cruised to a 60-0 shutout.
