Members of the Allen Lima Leadership (ALL) program received an inside look at the graduate medical education center at Mercy Health Lima, gaining firsthand insight into how future medical professionals are trained.

Allen Lima Leadership adult and youth classes met for team building and leadership development.

The ALL program is designed to help participants better understand the region they live and work in. The class meets once a month for 10 months, with each session focused on a different topic. Participants visit a variety of businesses, industries and educational institutions to see how each plays a vital role in the overall success of the region.

Allen Lima Leadership (ALL) celebrated its 35th anniversary tonight, marking more than three decades of developing the region’s future leaders. Past and present ALL alumni, along with area businesses and organizations, gathered to commemorate the milestone and its lasting impact on the community.
