Ten people, including eight minors, were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday night in Celina.
“It’s really important that we watch for those scams,” said Jolene Highley, director of marketing and communications for the Area Agency on Aging 3. “Make sure your information is safe, and don’t give information over the phone or through the computer unless you’re 100 percent certain it’s legitimate.”
The Ohio State Highway Patrol will continue being highly visible on roadways across the state in an effort to reduce the number of fatal crashes.
The Findlay Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is reporting this year's "Lights for Lives" campaign a success. Between 6 pm on November 25th through 6 am on November 27th, troopers and officers pulled over 894 vehicles for traffic violations all over northwestern Ohio.
Residents are urged to practice caution traveling on roadways this Thanksgiving period. The Ohio Highway Patrol is expected an increase in drivers on Ohio Roadways, with the possibility of an increase of impaired or distracted drivers.
As the holiday season approaches the OSHP is reminding drivers to buckle up. Buckling up is one of the easiest ways to protect yourself, and the people you are riding with. Since 2015, there have been 2,600 people killed in crashes because they were not wearing a seatbelt.
