Our Tuesday is starting off quiet and cold in the 20s. Temperatures will rebound to the 40s today with a light southeast wind. Partly sunny skies this morning give way to more clouds during the afternoon. A few showers are possible after 6PM.
Snow showers are providing us a light coating of snow with some slick travel this morning. This activity will taper to flurries and diminish through the morning.
A much colder start this morning with temperatures in the 20s. Keep the winter coat handy today as highs will struggle to reach the freezing mark under mostly cloudy skies. A breezy northwest wind will make it feel more like the teens and 20s.
A soggy start this morning as rounds of moderate rainfall will continue lifting into the area through early afternoon. Watch out for flooding and ponding of water when traveling. The best chance of rain is prior to 2PM. Gaps of drier weather should build in later today. Highs will warm to near 60° with breezy southerly winds.
Drenching rains to start off our Thursday, and the story much of the day will be rain. A brief pull-back in rain intensity will occur from mid morning into early afternoon, then ramping up through the afternoon as the main storm system works in. Expect lots of ponding of water and potential for some roadways to flood, remember "turn around, don't drown."
Winter storm watches were upgraded to warnings for our northern and northwest areas, where the winter storm is set to arrive during the day Wednesday. Lima is set to see the impactful winter weather arrive closer to Wednesday evening, with major impacts areawide on Thursday. Expect every single county to eventually get upgraded to the winter storm warning.
