“We want them to actually come inside and see what's inside the building, not just the esthetics, but also the type of program and things like that that we have at Bradfield. I'm excited. And one of the things also is we're pushing our membership drive. We're trying to get our membership drive going,” said Chris Jackson, executive director of the Bradfield Community Center.
“A lot of them have needs, just like our clients do,” said Greg Sowinski, communications coordinator for Allen County Children Services. “So just because they're not a client of the agency does not mean that they don't face some of the similar issues that our clients face, especially with financial means being limited.”
Effective September 1, 2025 the Area Agency on Aging 3 will no longer be the provider for Allen County 211.
The event brought together representatives from a variety of community-based organizations to better understand each other’s services and establish stronger referral networks.
