Less fortunate Allen County children will be more prepared going back to school this year thanks to charitable efforts from the community. The McDonald's of Ohio School Supply Drive wrapped up earlier this week to help provide school supplies to struggling families before the school year begins. Donation boxes were placed at 380 McDonald's locations in the Greater Ohio region and 12 right here in Lima. The supplies were dropped off at the Allen County Children Services building for them to hand out to kids.

Everybody’s kind and helpful and it’s just a bunch of patriots standing up for what they believe has been going wrong with their country, in regards to the election."
