ADA, Ohio — Former Ohio Northern standout Adam Scott is back in Ada, this time on the sidelines.
Scott has been named an assistant coach for the Polar Bears men’s basketball program. A 2023 ONU graduate, Scott was a two-year starter and four-year letter winner during his time in the black and orange. He scored 621 points and grabbed 333 rebounds across 74 career games, serving as team captain his senior season.
Before his collegiate career, Scott starred at Wapakoneta High School, graduating as the program’s second all-time leading scorer while setting several school records.
Scott spent the past year as the head coach at Danbury High School. His return to ONU marks a homecoming both professionally and personally, as he looks to help guide the next generation of Polar Bears.
