LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Coming off back-to-back wins, the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds hosted the Jackson Center Tigers on Saturday. The match was tied at one set apiece when Jackson Center’s Lilly Davis delivered a kill to even the third set at 10. Moments later, a long rally between both teams ended with LCC’s Neena McGue placing a shot just over two Tiger defenders. The T-Birds trailed 16–14 when Carolina Kill fired home an emphatic kill to bring her team within one. But Jackson Center quickly responded as Tatum Reichert powered down a big swing to regain control for the Tigers. Jackson Center carried that momentum through the rest of the match, defeating LCC in four sets, 3–1.
