COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio High School Athletic Association announced that the state tennis tournaments for both boys and girls will return to the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason beginning this fall and continuing through 2027.
The premier venue previously hosted the OHSAA state tournaments from 2014 through 2022 before undergoing a $260 million renovation. Upgrades to the facility include 31 outdoor courts, a six-court indoor facility, new locker rooms, a year-round clubhouse, and dedicated pickleball courts.
This move marks a return to one of the most celebrated high school tennis venues in the state. The College of Wooster had served as the host site the past two years during construction.
The 2025 girls tennis season opens August 8, with the state tournament scheduled for October 16 and 17. The boys season begins March 27, with the state finals set for May 28 and 29.
The decision to return to the upgraded Lindner Center reaffirms the OHSAA's commitment to providing top-tier championship experiences for Ohio’s high school athletes.
