SHAWNEE — Two Shawnee High School seniors officially committed to continuing their athletic and academic careers at the next level.
Basketball standout Beckett Bertke will play next season for the University of Findlay. The 6-foot-6 forward is coming off an impressive 2025 campaign where he earned first team All-WBL honors, was named WBL Player of the Year, and received All-State first team recognition.
On the soccer side, Addison Neth announced her commitment to Bluffton University, where she will join the Beavers program. Neth finished her senior year as both an All-WBL first team and All-District first team selection.
Both athletes will look to carry their success from Shawnee to the collegiate stage next season.
