Van Wert wins against Ottawa-Glandorf, sets up showdown with Shawnee

OTTAWA-GLANDORF (WLIO) — Van Wert remained unbeaten in Western Buckeye League play with a 61-51 win over Ottawa-Glandorf.
Xavier Kelly led the Cougars with 18 points, including a key three-pointer and a steal-and-score that helped swing momentum. Royce Ellerbrock knocked down an early triple for the Titans, while Adam Maag added a jumper to keep O-G within striking distance.
Van Wert improves to 15-3 overall and 7-0 in the WBL. The Cougars will face Shawnee next Friday with the league title on the line.
