Allen County property owners will have to wait a little longer for their second-half property tax bills this year as changes required by state law have delayed the billing process.

Allen County's second-half property tax bills have been delayed as officials implement changes required under House Bill 186 and the new Inflation Cap Credit. The payment deadline has been extended to Aug. 12 for this year, with tax bills expected to be mailed in mid-July.
