Three people are in custody, facing aggravated murder charges in Auglaize County.
Auglaize County Sheriff Michael Vorhees says his detectives are currently investigating the death of 36-year-old Timothy Hovanec, whose last known residence was in Virginia. He was reported missing to the Wapakoneta Police Department on Tuesday night, and a subsequent investigation led to the discovery of his body in rural Auglaize County.
Detectives also made three arrests connected to his death during the investigation. In custody are 35-year-old Amanda Hovanec, and 61-year-old Anita Green both of Wapakoneta; as well as 33-year-old Anthony Theodoru, of South Africa. All three are facing a charge of aggravated murder and all are being held on a $2 million bond at the Auglaize County Correctional Center. The sheriff's office not yet releasing any additional details or a motive in the case.
