Emergency Crews were called out to an accident just North of Ottawa around 6 P.M Friday evening. A Chevy traveling west bound on State Route 15 near mile post 16 collided with a Dodge Caliber east bound. Troopers say the vehicles collided left headlight to left headlight. Investigators are still working to determine who went left of center. There were four injuries, two adults and two children. Three occupants were transported to St. Rita's Hospital while the driver of the Chevy was taken by life flight to Toledo. A reconstruction team responded to the scene to put together the crash while there was still daylight left. The accident remains under investigation.
