A man in Ada is in custody after a large quantity of counterfeit money was discovered at a local apartment.
The Ada Police Department says officers executed a search warrant at an apartment at 102 1/2 North Main Street on Wednesday afternoon. Officers recovered approximately $50,000 in counterfeit money, along with items believed purchased with the fake cash. They arrested Deyond White in connection with it. He's facing charges of possessing counterfeit money, with the possibility of additional charges.
The U.S. Secret Service has joined in the on-going investigation.
