Allen County Commissioner Cory Noonan says, “This is something that we are definitely interested in. But again, as it moves forward it will be something brought to the voters of Allen County of the unincorporated areas to choose whether or not we have this.”

Noonan says it could be on the ballot this fall. If approved, a resident can still opt-out.
