ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - It's once again time to give your thoughts on what Lima Allen County needs to be its healthiest.
You are being asked to take a 10-minute, completely confidential survey to help shape future health initiatives and services in the area. The Allen County Community Health Assessment Committee is pleased to provide this opportunity to residents as a way for their voices to be heard regarding what is needed to promote a healthier Lima-Allen County.
"This is a great way for us to collect some data around how our community is feeling. How our residents feel about living, working, playing here in the community? We're using that data then to provide more information on how we can provide programs, opportunities, changes in order to create a healthier atmosphere here for our residents in Allen County," explained Kayla Monfort, Activate Allen County.
This will be the third community health survey that is held every three years. The results of previous surveys have impacted the use of community gardens, the request for more block patrols, and concerns about teen vaping, among others. You can take the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/C7J6SWX.
