Sider highlighted four priorities for the year, including stability for the university and fundraising to support improvements.

“About a $1.2 million campaign to reinvest in the physical plant and programs that we've got on Bluffton’s campus. We're also looking at questions about who we are as an university, for the community, for our alumni,” said Dr. Alex Sider, president of Bluffton University.

He also emphasized building trust with students and the community, while continuing to promote the university’s core value of compassion.
