VERSAILLES (WLIO) — Versailles boys basketball head coach Travis Swank has resigned after 10 seasons leading the Tigers.
Swank compiled a 182-73 record during his tenure, guiding Versailles to three Midwest Athletic Conference titles and five district championships. He was also named the Southwest District Division III Coach of the Year in 2017.
Before becoming head coach, Swank spent eight seasons as an assistant within the program.
His departure marks the end of a successful era for one of the area’s most consistent programs, as Versailles begins its search for a new head coach.
