Lima Allen County Chamber of Commerce Generic

LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce has named its finalists for Small Business of the Year.

Technical Roofing, founded twenty years ago in St. Henry, has built its mission around providing reliable roofing solutions through skilled professionals. The company says it strives to exceed client expectations on every project through value and service. About five years ago, Technical Roofing expanded into commercial and residential seamless spouting, and it continues to grow its footprint in the Lima area. Company leaders say they believe a business’s success should have a positive impact on the communities they serves.

Alexander & Bebout was founded more than sixty years ago in Van Wert, and they started as a small local contractor, which has grown into a premier commercial design and construction firm serving all of northwest Ohio by adding landmarks in area communities. The company says it believes business success and community strength are interconnected. Alexander and Bebout also partner with local career technical schools to help build their workforce, saying they don’t just construct buildings, they build teams, dreams, and futures.

Trisco Systems’ story began in Lima in 1936, when a German immigrant developed a new way to waterproof buildings. Three generations later, the Walter family has grown the company into a full-service specialty exterior restoration contractor. Trisco Systems is now recognized nationally as a top 20 masonry restoration contractor and has completed projects in 22 states. With a fourth generation preparing to take over, the company continues expanding its specialty services by restoring old structures and making them new again.

Those are the finalists for the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award.
