LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Ford is now the number one brand for vehicle quality according to J.D. Power.Â
The Ford F-150, Mustang and Super Duty series are at the top of the class, and the escape, explorer and expedition are not far behind.
The auto manufacturer ranked 15 in 2023 and has not held the number one spot since 2010. Not only is this a huge accomplishment for Ford, but a win for local ford dealerships as well.Â
 "It just further emphasizes the confidence that we and our customers can have in Ford's vehicles. You know, recognized by J.D. Power that the initial quality has improved gives everybody the confidence in the vehicles that they're purchasing and that they're driving every day," said Reineke Family Dealerships Vice President Alex Reineke.
New 2027 Fords will be available at Reineke and other ford dealerships later this year.
