LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) – A suspect who had been on the run for three years is back in Allen County to face charges in a stabbing that left a woman seriously injured.
Juan Fuentes, 62, was extradited from Tampa, Florida, on a warrant for felonious assault in connection to an incident in October 2022 in the 100 block of South Central Avenue. Police say Fuentes was in an argument with Catsonava Maloy when he allegedly took out an edge weapon and stabbed her multiple time in the neck. Fuentes fled the area after the attack. He is currently being held in the Allen County Jail on a $1 million bond.
