WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WLIO) - Bond has been set at $100,000 for the driver of a U-Haul truck involved in a police chase and crash on I-75 on Tuesday.
31-year-old Lakevioan Arnold of Frankfort, Kentucky, is charged with fleeing and eluding an officer, operating a vehicle impaired, and failure to disclose personal information.
Troopers from the Piqua and Wapakoneta posts of the Ohio State Highway Patrol say the U-Haul was driving recklessly, fled a traffic stop, and ultimately crashed into a commercial truck between Wapakoneta and Cridersville on Tuesday evening.
Arnold's preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 30th.
