WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WLIO) - An Elida man has been sentenced in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
48-year-old Jason Spreeman pleaded guilty in May to the third-degree felony charge. Prosecutors say the charges stem from a 2023 incident involving a victim between the ages of 13 and 16.
Spreeman will serve five years in prison, and five years of parole. He was also classified as a tier three sex offender.
