Around 80 groups participated in this year's parade to mark the end of the festival. "I have actually grown up being in it with either The Dancer by Gina, cheering with my high school, or now in it for the Canal Days Pageant. When I was younger, I was Jr. Miss Canal Days too, so now being the queen, it's like a full circle, going from younger to now when I'm older. I've grown up with up with it so it's just fun to be continuing," said Kennedy Sterling, the 2024 Canal Days Queen.

After the parade, festivalgoers headed downtown for one more day of music, food, Jessop rides, and visiting the museum.
