A serious crash has blocked traffic on Route 117 Friday (12/22/2017) afternoon.
One person has sustained minor injuries in a crash at the intersection of Route 117 and Sunderland Road. According to police officials, just after 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon a white Ford truck was traveling west on Route 117. As it approached Sunderland Road, a blue sedan pulled into the intersection causing a collision. Both cars spun off the road, taking on significant damage as air bags were deployed.
Traffic was blocked in all four directions following the accident.
