FINDLAY, Ohio (WLIO) - Several drugs and evidence of drug trafficking were seized after multiple search warrants in Findlay on Wednesday evening.
The Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force says that their agency and the Hancock County Special Response Team assisted the FBI and Task Force Officers to run search warrants in the 100 blocks of Shinkle Street and Western Avenue. Officers seized drugs, including cocaine and ketamine, as well as items that are typically used in drug trafficking.
Because this is an active investigation, addresses and suspect names are not being released at this time. Charges of drug trafficking are expected in this case.

On 8/20/25 at approx. 1930hrs the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force and the Hancock County Special Response Team (SRT) assisted the FBI and Task Force Officers (TFOs) with multiple search warrants in the 100 blocks of Shinkle St and Western Ave.
The searches yielded 500 grams of Cocaine, 500 grams of Ketamine, 144 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms, 25.25 grams of MDMA, 129 suspected acid tabs, and multiple items indicative of drug trafficking were also located.
The addresses and suspect information are not being released at this time, because of the active investigation. Additional charges of trafficking in drugs are expected at the conclusion.
