0455 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert Fire to a location on U.S. Route 127 in Hoaglin Township for a general fire alarm.
1001 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on South Shannon Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1046 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Maplewood Drive in the City of Van Wert to check the welfare of a dog.
1103 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Jonestown Western Road in York Township to standby as a peace officer.
1115 hrs. – Deputies assisted with a Funeral Escort from the City of Van Wert to Middle Creek Cemetery.
1322 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on North Washington Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1358 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Kear Road in the City of Van Wert for a report of two loose dogs.
1500 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village of Venedocia to check the welfare of a resident.
1523 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Lorber Street in the Village of Convoy to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1557 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert for a subject with an injured knee.
1611 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Wren Landeck Road in Willshire Township for a report of breaking and entering.
1629 hrs. – Deputies responded to residence on Lincoln highway in Washington Township for a complaint of trespassing.
1646 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Chenowith Road in Ridge Township for a complaint of unsafe shooting.
1748 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on South Main Street in the Village of Ohio City for a trespassing complaint.
1837 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Chenowith Road in Ridge Township for a complaint of All Terrain Vehicles running on the roadway.
1859 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Road in Hoaglin Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.
1904 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lorber Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject that had fallen.
1922 hrs. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on State Route 49 in Willshire Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.
2127 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a complaint of reckless driving. Deputies stopped the vehicle in question at 2134 hours on Sycamore Street in the City of Van Wert. After investigating and testing the driver was placed under arrest for Driving While Under the Influence and Driving without a Valid Driver License. Oscar Alexander Mendez Jimenez age 24 of Delphos was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

0837 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of on State Route 49 in Willshire Township for a report of a vehicle blocking access to a property.
1017 hrs.- Deputies responded to an area of Kiger Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of a loose dog.
1126 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Chenowith Road in Ridge Township for a complaint of harassment.

0127 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Griswold Street in the Village of Middle Point to check an abandoned 911 call.
0211 hrs. – Deputies along with Convoy Fire and EMS responded to an area of Stateline Road in Harrison Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
0247 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 81 in Jennings Township to check the welfare of a resident who may have been in mental distress.
0628 hrs. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Greenville Road in York Township for a subject who was ill and having difficulty walking.
0753 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Jackson Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.

1523 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Elgin Converse Road in Jennings Township for a residential alarm.
2205 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Liberty Union Road in Pleasant Township to assist with an unruly juvenile.
