Friday January 10, 2025
1128 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Bebb Street in the Village of Venedocia for a report of a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located.
1130 hrs. – Deputies assisted with a Funeral Escort from the City of Van Wert to Convoy I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Tully Township.
1343 hrs. – Deputies along with Van Wert EMS responded to a residence on Walnut Grove Church Road in Willshire Township for a medical alarm with an unknown problem.
1500 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Market Street in the City of Van Wert for a loose dog.
1521 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location Jennings Road in the City of Van Wert for a subject who fell.
1523 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Wren Landeck Road in York Township for a complaint of trespassing.
1627 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject having a seizure.
1734 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Willshire Ohio City Road in Liberty Township for a report of a disabled vehicle.
1801 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Washington Township for a report of a disabled vehicle.
1931 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from North Main Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of a runaway juvenile.
1945 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on U.S. Route 30 in Washington Township for a subject having cardiac related issues.

0940 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Northfield Drive in the Village of Middle Point for a complaint of trespassing.
1119 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Wetzel Road in Hoaglin Township for a complaint of a snowmobile trespassing.
1206 hrs. – Deputies along with Van Wert Fire and EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash on U.S. Route 224 in Pleasant Township. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
1222 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 81 in Liberty Township for a report of an unwanted subject.
1246 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from State Road in Ridge Township for a complaint of the snowplow knocking down his mailbox.
1316 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from West Jackson Street in the Village of Middle Point on a complaint of abuse.
1507 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1527 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident for a civil complaint against a tenant.

1626 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Lare Road in Union Township to assist with a juvenile being unruly.
1711 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject with chest pain.
1747 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on South Ball Road in the Village of Ohio City for a report of domestic violence.
1938 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Liberty Street in the Village of Convoy to check the welfare of a subject walking.

0548 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Payne Road in Tully Township to check the report of a disabled vehicle.
0728 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 116 in Ridge Township for a report of a stop sign being down.
0837 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Shaner Road in Tully Township for a subject with back pain.
1137 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Clime Street in the City of Delphos for a complaint of a loose dog.
1202 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 709 in Liberty Township for a report of a domestic dispute.
1214 hrs. – Deputies responded to an are of Fifth Street in the City of Delphos to assist the Delphos Police.
1302 hrs. – Deputies assisted with a Funeral Escort from the City of Van Wert to Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery in Liberty Township.
1304 hrs. – Deputies served one warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for a Bond Violation, and a second warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court Juvenile Division for Civil Contempt. Christopher Frost Gile age 24 of Dunkirk Ohio is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
1526 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on State Road in Washington Township to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1619 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 116 in Ridge Township for a report of an injured deer.
1626 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Sycamore Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1653 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Clime Street in the City of Delphos for a complaint of a loose dog.
1746 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a complaint of juveniles riding a go-cart.
2237 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on U.S. Route 127 in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
