The Lima Farmers Market will see a new location due to the construction in Lima Town Square.
The market will kick off on June 7th and every Tuesday through September 27th. It will be located in the front parking lot of the V.F.W. at Elm and South Main Streets. There will be a wide variety of products from fresh produce to homemade jellies and more. Organizers encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the market.
Downtown Lima Farmers Market Manager Jennifer Fickel says, “Baked goods of course are always a popular item. And then we have craft items, like soaps, candles, and other things that people are bringing in. A couple of new vendors that are showing up and that’s always exciting when we get new vendors. And we hope to have some food trucks that will be coming throughout the season to set up.”
The Downtown Lima Farmers Market will be from 1 pm to 5 pm every Tuesday at the V.F.W. parking lot. You can find out more about the vendors attending by following the market on Facebook.
