ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The 2024 presidential election is only hours away, and the nation will either elect former President Donald Trump or elect Kamala Harris as the first female to the office of president of the United States.

Allen County saw just about 18,000 registered voters cast their ballots early.

"As long as you are in line to vote at 7:30, you will be given a ballot. Do remember to bring your picture ID. It must be unexpired. We do accept Ohio driver's licenses and state IDs, as well as that interim form they give you if you're still waiting for your card to come to you in the mall. We also accept passports and passport cards, as well as military and veterans IDs issued by the government," said Morgan Brode, director of the Allen County Board of Elections.
