A former Lima school teacher, already sentenced to prison for a Hardin county sex crime, today plead guilty to other sex crimes in Allen county involving a 13 year old boy she was tutoring.
Thirty one year old Whitney Chiles faced 4 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and 4 counts of sexual battery.
Chiles is already serving a 4 year sentence after a plea agreement on a sexual misconduct charge out of Hardin county.
Under the plea agreement reached today, Chiles pleads guilty to 2 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and 2 counts of sexual battery.
Allen County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeffrey Reed sentenced Chiles to a total of 6 years in prison under the plea agreement.
That sentence will run consecutively to the Hardin county conviction.
Chiles was also listed as a tier 2 sex offender and must register on Ohio's Sex Offender Registry for the next 25 years.
