The Van Wert Grand Jury has indicted a Grover Hill man for child pornography.
The Van Wert County Sheriffs office arrested 31-year-old Dustin Garrett on six counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. Each count is a second degree felony.Â
During the investigation, deputies found evidence of child pornography in Garrett's residence. That evidence is being examined by the Ohio Bureau of Investigation. Further charges could come at a later time. Â
Garrett will be arraigned next week.Â
