FINDLAY, OHIO (WLIO) -A trespassing call led to a high-speed chase and the arrest of a Findlay woman early Sunday morning. Brooklin Gelbaugh, 22, is in the Hancock County Jail on a charge of failure to comply with an officer.

According to the Findlay Police Department, officers were called to a home on Tappan Avenue just before 4 am. after Gelbaugh was reportedly at the residence despite having previously received a trespass warning for the property. By the time officers arrived, Gelbaugh had left the scene. However, officers spotted her vehicle nearby and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. Gelbaugh fled, leading officers on a chase through Findlay and onto Interstate 75, where speeds exceeded 130 mph.

Findlay officers ended their pursuit, but Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers later located Gelbaugh and detained her until Findlay police could make the arrest. In addition to the charge of failure to comply, Gelbaugh faces charges of criminal trespassing and criminal damaging related to the incident on Tappan Avenue.
