FINDLAY, OH (WLIO) - Families enjoyed a day of fun at the Mazza Museum during its monthly “Funday Sunday” event.
Held on the first Sunday of each month, the event features activities, games, hands-on educational stations, and more. This month’s theme, “Game On!,” focused on sports. With a giant inflatable soccer ball, a mini basketball hoop, and some familiar faces, everyone was having fun.
"I've had people come here, really since their kids were three, four, and now they're 12 or 13 years old. So it's really cool to see that, and it's also really cool to see the intergenerational. So, the parents and the kids, and even the grandparents and the kids both learning together. I think that's really special, something that we have here, said Amanda Davidson-Johnston, education manager at Mazza Museum.
The next “Funday Sunday” event, themed “Accelerate!,” will highlight racing and speed. It is scheduled for March 2 at 1 pm.
