FINDLAY, Ohio (WLIO) -Â The Marathon Center for Performing Arts is hosting a way to listen to regional artists over lunch at with "Lunchtime Live."
The event partners with local artists to perform at Waterfall Pavilion, with area food trucks providing concessions.Â
Tuesday afternoon's performance featured Northwest Ohio singer Cat Dailey and Dante's Rolling Food Truck.
Performances will be held every Tuesday through July and August from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a new performer every week.
MCPA officials say the event supports their mission to promote local commerce and provide free entertainment.
"It's part of our overall mission at the Performing Arts Center to be able to reach and connect and kind of keep our local commerce going. That's why we hire local musicians that are always paid for their performances, which is important to us," said Kelda Heitkamp, MCPA outreach coordinator.
"It's also just to connect with folks that may not be able to afford to come through our front doors, but they can afford to come out here for this live entertainment."Â
