The Michigan man accused of harassing the Mercer County Sheriff as well as his own family members was found not guilty of all but two charges.
54-year-old Jeff Rasawehr was found guilty, in Celina Municipal Court, on menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment. The jury returned verdicts of not guilty on 11 counts of obstructing official business, and two counts of telecommunications harassment. A defense motion had 11 charges in the case dropped. Both counts he was found guilty on are first-degree misdemeanors. No sentencing date has been scheduled yet.
