LIMA, OHIO (WLIO) - A Kentucky man is in the Allen County Jail following a high-speed chase on Tuesday.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested Maddison Heniger, 30, and he is facing charges of fleeing and improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
Officials say that troopers tried to pull Heniger over for speeding Tuesday morning, just north of the Allen County line on I-75. The chase went southbound with speeds over 100 mph; he finally pulled over around Fourth Street and was arrested.
He is currently in jail awaiting his initial appearance in Lima Municipal Court.
