ADA, Ohio (AP) — A Lima woman has been charged with murder in connection with the death of her sister, whose body was discovered in an Allen County home in November.
According to Ada police, 64-year-old Donna Miller was arrested in the death of 71-year-old Paula Dirmeyer.
Miller faces charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, strangulation and felonious assault.
Authorities said that on Nov. 24, Dirmeyer came into the Ada Police Department reporting that she had been assaulted in the village by a known individual. Police began an investigation, and three days later, Allen County deputies discovered her body in a rural Allen County home. Her body was sent for an autopsy.
Following the investigation, Ada police arrested Miller, who is currently being held in the Multi-County Jail in Marion.
