The Lima Community Church has been a host site for a decade now to encourage local leaders to lead wisely, boldly, and where they are. Hundreds of people from all walks of life from around the region gathered to sharpen their leadership skills to make their communities a better place.

"We think leadership is so important to every community, every culture, every organization, and we're just excited to be a tool to bring good leadership principles to the Lima area. This is our 10th year to host it, and we love it. Our people love it, our team loves it, we have a great crowd and crew out there. It's a whole lot easier than driving to Chicago where they do it live. But this is such a great signature event for us," said Chip Bullock, lead pastor of Lima Community Church.
The summit continues Friday, and Bullock says he hopes they can be a host site for another 10 years.
