LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Over at the Lima Library tonight, they continued their weekly Teen Program.
The local library concluded their day of fun-filled festivities by ending the night with their program for teens.
Teenagers ages 12-19 were welcomed to puzzles and games, while having the opportunity to gather their own ingredients to create their own pizza sandwich masterpieces of goodness.
"I really just like to give them a place where there is no judgement, and they can do what they want. If they want to do what I have planned, that's great. If they want to play on their phones or play other games, that's great too. I just want them to feel safe and comfortable. This is also a place where they might not socialize as much at home, but they get to be with other students and just be with people, while still being teenagers," added Cecilia Garman, Teen Librarian.
The library hosts their Teen Program every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
