Lima man indicted by grand jury on multiple charges that include kidnapping

A Lima man has been indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury.

David W. Harris was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury on Robbery (Felony 2), Kidnapping (Felony 1), and three counts of Rape (Felony 1) charges. 

According to the indictment, on or about January 1st, 2021, Harris robbed and kidnapped a woman and engaged in sexual conduct with her. 

Harris will now appear in Allen County Common Pleas Court for a Pre-trial on March 4th, 2021.
