LIMA, OH (WLIO) - It's one of the longest-running pancake breakfasts in the area, and the money helps out in a lot of different ways.
The breakfast is on November 2nd from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lima Senior High School.
The Lima Noon Sertoma Club will be holding its Pancake Day fundraiser on November 2, 2024. This will be the 68th year for their fundraising breakfast. It serves a couple of thousand people each year their choice of blueberry or regular pancakes, sausage, and choice of drink.
The money raised during the event is spread around to help a lot of people.

"We do a 'Sharp' program that provides hearing aids for people that can't afford them. We also have a scholarship program that we partner with Bowling Green State University, and we have given over $70,000 since 2010 in that program. We have also helped with the shelter house, the initial building of the shelter house by the pond at Faurot Park. Helped maintain it and help add on to the extra fishing area this year," says Stephen Welly, Sertoma Pancake Day Chair.

Again, the breakfast is on November 2nd from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lima Senior High School, located at 1 Spartan Way, Lima, OH 45801. Presale tickets are $9.00 and can be purchased from Sertoma members or at Westgate Entertainment Center, located at 721 N Cable Road, Lima, OH 45805. The cost goes up to $10.00 the day of the event.
