The Lima Police Department has arrested 18-year-old Jourdyn Rawlins for Rape.
Rawlins is a recent Lima Senior High School graduate, graduating just 10 days ago. According to the Allen County Sheriff's jail website, he was booked in on Thursday. He has a $750,000 cash bond.
