The Lima Public Library is one of only three libraries in the state that has been chosen by Google to host a variety of workshops. The "Grow With Google" event will have four sessions to choose from that will include "Digital Skills for your Community" and "Getting Started with Spreadsheets and Presentations" among others. Online registration is open and space is limited for this free event that will have actual Googlers on site to help you with the workshop you have picked to take.

"Sign-up for that, you go, you attend and then when you're done with that program, if you are interested you can sign up for a one on one session with a Googler who will sit down and speak to you and you can talk specifically about what it is you're interested in," said Karen Sommer, Lima Public Library director of public relations.

"Grow with Google" will be Friday, March 22, 2019. You can register online by going to https://events.withgoogle.com/join-google-in-ohio/. The other two sessions are in Columbus and Akron.
