LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The Bradfield Community Center has been a staple of the Lima community since 1938 and continues to provide programs and services for residents of all ages.
The center’s mission is to offer social, educational, health, and recreational programs that meet the needs of the community. Services include after-school programs, GED and ABLE classes, senior wellness and fitness programs, and much more.

“We want them to actually come inside and see what's inside the building, not just the esthetics, but also the type of program and things like that that we have at Bradfield. I'm excited. And one of the things also is we're pushing our membership drive. We're trying to get our membership drive going,” said Chris Jackson, executive director of the Bradfield Community Center.
The center is also preparing to launch its annual campaign to support operating expenses. An open house is scheduled for September 27 from noon to 2 p.m. at the “Brad,” located at the corner of South Collett Street and North Shore Drive. Visitors can tour the facility, learn about programs, and see how the center continues to grow and serve the Lima community.
