When the decision was made to transition All Service Glass to his daughter, they sought the services of Aileron, a non-profit that believes that professional management can empower businesses to thrive. After the transition, Wiechart believed so much in the company and what it did for them that he became a job coach to help other business owners.
"If somebody really feels like they have the opportunity to run the business better but are being blocked by something. Sometimes it's ourselves; in my case, it was. Sometimes it's by not understanding properly the way to develop people. Or the right structure or culture to fit the strategy that you're after," stated Eric Wiechart, Aileron job coach.

The organization was founded by Clay Mathile, a Putnam County native, who once owned Iams company.
